(1) According to section 4, after the publication of the notice specifying the date of the election, the Commission shall publish the notice of the election program.
(2) Registering the nomination papers of candidates in the election program as per sub-section (1), publishing the list of candidates whose nomination papers have been registered, filing complaints against the candidates, examining the nomination papers, publishing the list of nominated candidates, withdrawing the names of the candidates, publishing the final list of candidates, The date, time and place of giving the election symbol to the candidate and voting should be mentioned.
(3) The election program according to this section will be published in the Nepal Gazette.
(4) According to sub-section (1) the notification according to the election program published by the Election Commission shall be published by the concerned election officer in the election officer's office.
(5) When publishing the election program according to sub-section (1), after the publication of the final list of candidates, it shall be published in such a way that there will be a maximum period of fifteen days for election publicity.
